After the first boss is defeated, Kye and SD will exit the Green Forest area and end up at the bridge that leads to the main metropolis, New Port City.

At this point, you'll be playing as Kye, with SD following behind. Use the spring and grind up the bridge. At the top, grab the Bounce Tailring power-up. Kye's first power-up, this gives Kye the power to bounce and take out enemies quicker.

After you grab the item, grind down the other end of the bridge and exit to your right to enter New Port City.
