The night before Christmas, all was calm with Team SIR. Kye, SD, and Mega Shi were all working hard to make final preparations for their kids on the big day. SD, Mega Shi and their families all know Christmas by now, but Kye's kids haven't. So to find out...

Goldie, a baby gold Yoshi-Dragon, was walking around with her baby sister, Grape, a newborn purple Yoshi[-Fruit], wondering what was going on. Goldie stops his father and asks, "Daddy, what's Chwistmas?"
"Well, Goldie," Kye answers, "Christmas is that one time of year where family come together and celebrate good times, sharing, and giving." Goldie and Grape were surprised. "Well, what's wif aww the gifts?" Grape asks. "These are gifts that your uncles and I got for you, but you can't open them until tomorrow.

Goldie was shocked for a moment, thinking, Oh no! If Chwistmas is about giving, then I don't have anyfing to give Mommy or Daddy or Uncwe Dwagon or Uncwe Mega Shi or even Gwape! What do I do?!

A few minutes later, Goldie and Grape sat away from everyone while they talked about their similar situations. Grape had a thought, "Can we make our own gifts, Gowdie?" Goldie brightened up at the thought, seeing as this could be their way out of this trap. "Yeah! We can make something for Chwistmas," replied Goldie, "Gwape, you're a ge-   gen-   Um...   smart!"
"Aw, Gowdie!" Grape said, blushing at the comment.

For the next hour or so, they worked together in private to get the job done. It was a lot of effort for two babies, but after scraping away with tons of crayons and markers, cutting paper into shapes and about half of a half a dozen diapers, they had wrapped their present and put it under the tree.

And Grape spent about five good minutes unwrapping Goldie after he'd wrapped his arms to his chest on accident.

Christmas day, the kids were excited. Goldie and Grape jumped out of bed in a rush to see what was under the tree, as well as SD's child, Alex, and Mega Shi's kids, Aile and Vent. The dads were down shortly after they heard commotion. Goldie and Grape told the kids about their homemade present and asked if the dads could open it first. "Sure! I don't mind!" Alex agreed. Aile and Vent agreed without a word.

"Merry Christmas!" cheered the dads. As soon as the three were downstairs, the kids brought to them a card that was addressed to the parents, but signed by all the children. Goldie thought, I weawwy wove the idea of letting evewyone have the cwedit!

S. Dragon was handed the card and he opens the envelope. The card was blue with lots of shapes on it. On the inside it read:
Mewwy Chwistmas! We wove you, Daddy!
All around the message were little drawings of the children done by Goldie and Grape. The card make Kye and SD go down to hug the kids, with big smiles on their faces. Mega Shi did the same thing.

The morning continued, with glee on the children's faces, surprised looks, and wrapping paper floating around as the presents from Santa are revealed.
